Zetle-M Syrup 60 ml contains the anti-allergic medicines levocetirizine and montelukast. Levocetirizine inhibits the effects of a chemical messenger called 'histamine,' which is normally implicated in allergic responses. It relieves allergy symptoms such sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, and stiffness. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that inhibits a chemical messenger (leukotriene) while reducing nasal irritation and edema. Together, they assist to alleviate and reduce allergy symptoms. Zetle-M Syrup 60 ml is taken with or without meals in the dosage and period prescribed by the doctor. Your dose will be determined by your health status and response to Zetle-M Syrup 60 ml. You may occasionally develop nausea, skin rash, diarrhea, vomiting, dry mouth, headache, skin rash, and exhaustion. The majority of these Zetle-M 60 ml adverse effects are transitory, do not require medical treatment, and disappear on their own over time. However, if the adverse effects continue, contact your doctor. Consume only if your doctor prescribes it. Never promote self-medication or recommend your drug to others.
