Direction For Use
Take TELMA H 40MG TABLET as prescribed by your doctor. Take the medication with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medication. Try taking TELMA H 40MG TABLET at the same time every day. TELMA H 40MG TABLET may be taken with or without meals. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage and length of treatment for you based on your age, body weight, and medical condition. To obtain best results, continue taking TELMA H 40MG TABLET for the term prescribed by your doctor without interruption.
Side Affects
Dizziness: People who use Telma H pill may feel lightheaded or unsteady. Nausea: Some people using D Veniz 50 mg pill may develop gastrointestinal pain. weariness: For some people, using Telma H pill might cause severe weariness or excessive tiredness. ALLERGY: Do not use TELMA H 40MG TABLET if you are allergic to Telmisartan, Hydrochlorothiazide, or any of the other components in this medication. HEART DISEASES: TELMA H 40MG TABLET should be taken with care in people who have heart difficulties (such as abnormal heart rhythm, heart muscle or valve issues). USE IN PEDIATRICS: TELMA H 40MG TABLET is not suggested for usage by children or adolescents under the age of 18. USE IN GERIATRICS: TELMA H 40MG TABLET should be used cautiously in older people.
