Direction For Use
Telma 40 Tablet should only be taken as recommended by a doctor. Always follow your doctor's instructions while using Telma 40 Tablet. Your doctor will advise you on how often to take your medications depending on your medical condition. To get the best benefits, swallow the pill along with a glass of water every day.
Side Affects
Symptoms may include diarrhea, sinus infections, back discomfort, and low blood pressure.
Safety Advices
PREGNANCY: TELMA 40 is not suggested in early pregnancy and should not be used beyond 3 months of pregnancy, since it might cause major damage to the baby. TELMA 40 is not suggested for use during nursing. Your doctor may recommend a different treatment plan, particularly if you wish to breastfeed your baby when he or she is newborn or preterm. Driving and Using Machines: If you experience dizziness or fatigue after taking TELMA 40, do not drive or operate any machinery. Before using this medication, consult with your doctor. ALCOHOL: Alcohol drinking should be avoided since it increases the chance of developing low blood pressure. KIDNEY: TELMA 40 TABLET should be used with care in individuals with renal disease, kidney artery stenosis (a narrowing of blood arteries to one or both kidneys), or a history of kidney transplant. LIVER: TELMA 40 is not suggested for people suffering from serious liver disorders such as cholestasis or biliary blockage (bile flow from the liver stops or slows). It should be taken with care in those who have liver disorders. ALLERGY: TELMA TABLET is not suggested if you are allergic to Telmisartan or any of the other components in this medication. HEART DISEASE: TELMA 40 should be used with care in individuals with cardiac issues or low blood pressure. APPLICATION IN PEDIATRICS: TELMA 40 is not indicated for usage by children or teenagers (age 18 and younger). USE IN Geriatrics: TELMA 40 should be used with care in older individuals (65 years and above).
Additional Details
Telma 40 tablets should be stored at a temperature between 15°C and 30°C. Keep it out of direct sunlight and water. Keep Telma 40 pills out of the eyes and reach of youngsters. Do not take the drug beyond the expiration date shown on the medicine strip.
