Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain, inflammation, redness, and swelling. Mephenesin is a muscle relaxant (which relieves muscular discomfort). It operates on the brain and spinal cord centers to ease muscular stiffness or spasms, as well as enhance pain and muscle mobility. Menthol and methyl salicylate are topical analgesics (pain relievers). They start by chilling the skin, then warm it up. This action improves blood circulation and reduces discomfort. Turpentine oil is a lubricant. Systaflam Gel is intended for external usage only. Avoid bringing Systaflam Gel into contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Do not use it on wounds or damaged skin. In the event of inadvertent contact, immediately rinse with cold water. Like other medications, Systaflam Gel may produce adverse effects, but not everyone experiences them. You may suffer adverse effects such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. Direction For Use

Systaflam Gel, Cream, and Ointment are solely for external usage. Using your fingers, apply a tiny quantity of Systaflam Gel in a thin layer to the clean and dry afflicted region, as directed by your doctor. Avoid getting Systaflam Gel in your nose or eyes. If you come into touch with these places accidentally, rinse thoroughly with water. To avoid infection transmission, wash your hands before and after using Systaflam Gel if they are not in the afflicted region. Spray: This is just for exterior usage. Before using the spray, read the guidelines on the packaging. Shake well before each usage. Spray the ingredients from a 5cm distance onto the afflicted region.
