Paracetamol, found in Paracip Suspension, is an antipyretic and analgesic medication. Paracetamol acts by inhibiting the generation of a chemical messenger (prostaglandin) and promoting heat dissipation (by sweating), therefore resetting the hypothalamic thermostat. Side effects of Paracip Suspension may include stomach discomfort, cold-like sensations, and diarrhea. These side effects do not need medical treatment and will subside with time. However, if the adverse symptoms continue or worsen, please see your pediatrician. Paracip Suspension should be taken as directed by your doctor. Do not give the kid more than the recommended amount of Paracip Suspension. Paracip Suspension may be administered with or without meals.
