Uses of Product
Omez-DSR capsule is used to treat GERD (Gastrointestinal reflux disease), not responding to omeprazole alone. It helps relieve symptoms such as indigestion, heartburn, or acidity. Managing a condition of increased gastric acid production induced by a tumour of the intestine or pancreas, also known as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is also used for the treatment of ulcers of the stomach and intestine (peptic ulcer disease) and inflammation and erosion of food pipes due to stomach acid.

Safety Advices
There is limited safety information available on the use of Omez-DSR capsule in pregnancy. Hence, this medicine should be used only prescribed by your doctor. Components of Omez-DSR capsule pass into the breastmilk in a small amount. Your doctor may prescribe you this medicine while you are breastfeeding, only if it is necessary. Inform your doctor if you are a nursing mother. Omez-DSR capsule is unlikely to affect the ability to drive. However, if you experience dizziness, visual disturbances after taking this medicine avoid driving or be cautious There is no known interaction between alcohol and Omez-DSR capsule. However, avoid consuming alcohol as it is known to increase acidity and can make your acidity worse.
