Neurokem NT 50 mg Tablet is a mixture of two medications: pregabalin (anticonvulsant) and nortriptyline. Pregabalin modulates the molecules in the brain that transmit pain signals throughout the nervous system. Nortriptyline works by boosting nerve transmitters (serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain, which reduces the number of pain signals that reach the brain. Neurokem NT 50 mg Tablet works in conjunction with other medications to relieve neuropathic pain. Some typical adverse effects may include dizziness, tiredness, nausea, blurred vision, peripheral oedema (swelling of the lower legs and hands), weight gain, and dry mouth.
