Product Details
Diclofenac, capsaicin, methyl salicylate, and menthol are the four components that make up Ark Gel, which is a combination of four medications that reduces pain and inflammation. As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID), diclofenac works by preventing the brain's production of specific chemical messengers that produce fever, inflammation (redness), and pain. Capsaicin functions by preventing the nerves from receiving pain signals. This reduces minor joint and muscular aches and pains. Topical analgesics, or pain remedies, include methyl salicylate and menthol. They function by first chilling and then warming the skin. This warming and cooling process takes the focus off of the discomfort.
