Direction of Use

For adults and children two years and older: Rub a heavy coating over the neck and chest. Cover with a warm, dry towel, if preferred. Keep loose garments around the neck and chest to allow vapours to reach the nose and mouth. Use up to three times daily, or as prescribed by your physician.
